Once you order has been placed, our customer service team will contact you within 7-15 business days to finalise your estimated delivery date.

Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.,Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.,Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
Any order marked as released/shipped cannot be cancelled. Once released to ship, if delayed by the freight carrier(s), that order is considered shipped.

Products can be returned under limited circumstances. Upon arrival of the delivery, we ask that customers carefully inspect their product(s) for any damages or defects. Customer Service must be notified regarding the damages or defects within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible if you are not present at the time of delivery. Photos of the item(s) and a detailed description of the issues should be sent to inquiries@thesolidcraft.com. Refunds and replacements will be determined after the case is reviewed by THE Solid Craft and the manufacturer.

If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
